Faqs

How do I pair my aeac Smart Watch with my smartphone for the first time?

To pair your aeac Smart Watch, first charge the device fully. Download the VeryFit or H-Band app on your Android or iOS device. Enable Bluetooth on your phone, open the app, and follow the in-app instructions to connect your smartwatch. Once paired, you can sync health data, receive notifications, and customize settings directly from your phone. Ensure your phone’s OS is compatible (Android 6.0+ or iOS 9.0+) for seamless connectivity[3][4].

Why is my aeac Smart Watch not tracking heart rate or SpO2 accurately?

For accurate heart rate and SpO2 readings, wear your aeac Smart Watch snugly on your wrist, ensuring the sensors maintain good skin contact. Avoid wearing the watch too loosely or over tattoos. Clean the sensor area regularly, and ensure the watch firmware and companion app are up to date. Note that measurements are for reference only and not for medical diagnosis[3][4].

Can I make or answer phone calls directly from my aeac Smart Watch?

Most aeac Smart Watch models display incoming call notifications and allow you to reject calls directly from your wrist, but do not support making calls or answering with voice due to the lack of a built-in microphone[5]. For Bluetooth calling features, check if your specific model (like AR-01) supports it, as higher-end versions may offer this functionality[2].

How do I extend the battery life of my aeac Smart Watch?

Maximize your aeac Smart Watch battery life by reducing screen brightness, disabling unnecessary notifications, and turning off continuous heart rate monitoring if not needed. Charge the device fully every 14 days (for models with 300mAh battery) using the magnetic charger. Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures, as this can affect battery performance[1][3].

What should I do if my aeac Smart Watch won’t turn on or charge?

If your aeac Smart Watch won’t turn on, first ensure the magnetic charger is properly connected and the charging pins are clean. Try a different USB cable or power source. If the device remains unresponsive, hold the power button for 10-15 seconds to force a restart. Persistent issues may require contacting aeac customer support for warranty service[1][3].

Is the aeac Smart Watch suitable for swimming or showering?

The aeac Smart Watch is designed with water resistance up to 5ATM (or IP68 on some models), making it safe for swimming, showering, and hand washing[1][3]. However, avoid pressing buttons underwater and rinse the watch with fresh water after exposure to saltwater or chlorine to maintain durability.

How can I customize the watch face and notifications on my aeac Smart Watch?

Customize your aeac Smart Watch face and notifications via the companion app (VeryFit or H-Band). Open the app, connect your watch, and browse available watch faces in the settings. For notifications, enable app alerts in the app’s notification menu. Only supported apps will display alerts on your watch, and you can’t reply to messages directly from the device[2][4].

What health and fitness features does the aeac Smart Watch offer, and how do I use them?

The aeac Smart Watch tracks heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), stress, sleep quality, and offers 14+ sports modes like running, swimming, and yoga[3]. Access these features via the watch menu or companion app, where you can view trends, set fitness goals, and receive insights. For best results, wear the watch consistently and ensure Bluetooth syncs data to your app regularly[3][4].
