Caution:

Operation
- Switch on the unit by pressing the ON/OFF button.
- Wait until “0.0” is shown on the display before placing the item to be weighed on the plate.
- Press the UNITS button to change the display unit between: g – gram
- Oz – ounce
- Ct – carat
- Gn – grain
- Press the LIGHT button to switch the back illuminator on and off.
Tare weight
- Switch on the unit by pressing the ON/OFF button.
- Wait until “0.0” is shown on the display before placing the item or container onto the weighing plate.
- Press the TARE button so the display shows “0.0” again.
- Now the item can be placed & weighed.
Count
- Switch on the unit by pressing the ON/OFF button and wait until “0.0” is shown.
- Choose a sample quantity of 25, 50, 75, or 100 and place them onto the scale plate.
- Press and hold the PCS button for 2 seconds and the sample quantity will be displayed.
- Press the UNITS button until the correct quantity is displayed and press the PCS button to confirm.
- Sample weight can now be removed and ready for weight counting.
- Weight and count can be displayed by pressing the UNIT and PCS buttons respectively.
Calibration
It is advised to perform calibration on a regular basis to ensure tolerance is at the minimum.
To perform calibration, please follow the below steps carefully.
- Reset the unit by pressing the ON/OFF button and wait until “0.0” is shown.
- Press and hold the UNITS button for 3 seconds until “CAL” is displayed.
- Press the UNITS button again until “300” is displayed.
- Place a weight of 300g on the scale until “PASS” is displayed.
- Remove the weight and restart the scale, now the scale is calibrated and ready for use.
