Usage Instructions

1. Make sure the switch is in "OFF" position.

2. Attach the bowl to the housing correctly.

3. Make sure the bowl is in place and stable before switching on.

4. Lock the lid after adding ingredients, then start the unit.

   

5. Max capacity (when kneading dough): 3 cups (approx) or 500G (of kneading dough) with the proportion of water 50% or more/less for required consistency.

6. The unit will auto shut off if overheated due to the safety fuse inside. You can restart after switching off and after the motor cools down.

7. Continuous running time should not exceed: 10 minutes when kneading dough, and not exceed 15 minutes when whipping egg whites.
