How to Operate Your Hand Blender

  1. Insert the motor housing part into the blender shaft until it locks.

  2. Introduce the hand blender in the material to be processed, then press the speed control
    Speed 1: You can vary the speed from the variable speed control knob (1).
    Speed 2: You can’t vary speed if you select this button however you will get max. speed on this setting.

  3. You can operate the blender in the beaker. Even you can blend directly in the saucepan while cooking.

How to Operate the Chopper Attachment

The chopper attachment is perfectly suited for chopping meat, cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, chilies, etc.

Before Chopping

  1. Pre-cut meat, cheese, garlic, onions, carrots, chilies, etc.

  2. Remove the stalk from herbs, leafy vegetables.

  3. Remove bones, tendons from the meat.

  4. Carefully remove the plastic cover from the blade. Place the blade on the center pin of the chopper bowl. Always place the chopper bowl in the anti-slip base.

  5. Place the food in the chopper bowl.

  6. Put the chopper gear lid on the chopper bowl. Insert the motor housing part into the gear lid until it locks.

  7. Press the push-button speed switch to operate the chopper (Speed control shall be the same as explained above). During processing, hold the motor part with one hand and the chopper bowl with the other.

  8. After use, first, remove the motor housing part, then the chopper gear lid.

  9. Carefully take out the blade. Remove the processed food from the chopper bowl. The anti-slip base also serves as an air-tight lid for the chopper bowl.

How to Use Whisking Attachment

This attachment is used to whip cream, beat egg whites, etc.

  1. Insert the whisking attachment into the motor housing by pressing until you hear a click sound.

  2.  Put the food into a large bowl and switch the appliance ON. You can select speed as explained above

  3. Remove the whisking attachment after the desired whisking is complete and press the accessory release buttons to free the attachment.

How to use Potato Masher attachment

This attachment is used to mesh potatoes etc.

  1. Fit potato masher gear assembly to a potato masher.

  2. Insert the Potato Masher + Gear Assembly into the motor housing by pressing until you hear a click sound.

  3. Put properly peeled boiled potatoes into a bowl and switch the appliance ON. You can select speed as explained above.

  4. Remove the attachment from the bowl after the desired mashing is complete and press the accessory release button to free the attachment.
