ASSEMBLY

Remove items from packaging and attach wheels as shown.

Align the 2 latches on the post to the 2 holes on the wheels.
(NOTE: Front and Back Wheels are specific. Brown wheel goes in front.) Attach wheels until they snap into place with click sound.
NOTE: Once wheels are attached they cannot be removed.

WARNING

• ALWAYS play with Tow Mater truck in safe environments away from hazards. Use good judgment and common sense.
• ALWAYS switch off Tow Mater truck when not in use.
• NEVER pull or push people, animals, or fragile objects with Tow Mater truck.
• NEVER expose Tow Mater truck under sunlight for long time.

• NEVER leave plastic chain unattended with small children. Strangulation hazard.

BATTERY INSTALLATION

REMOVAL OF TRY ME BATTERY BOX

(To be removed by an adult)

• Includes 3 “AAA” (R03/LR03) batteries.
• Batteries are for “Try Me” purposes only.
• Unplug the cable at the back and remove the “AAA” battery box before using.
• Do not replace in product.
• Properly dispose of battery box after removal.
• Keep battery box away from children as it is not a toy.

ADULT INSTALLATION REQUIRED

Requires 6 “C” (LR14) Alkaline Batteries (not included).

1. Locate the BATTERY COVER.
2. Using a Philips Head screwdriver, loosen the SCREWS and remove the BATTERY COVER.
3. Install 6 “C” (LR14) ALKALINE BATTERIES in the orientation shown.
4. Replace the BATTERY COVER and tighten the SCREWS.

1. Turn ON the Main Power
   NOTE: Truck does not function when power switch is moved to TRY ME.

2. LISTEN TO TOW MATER TO SELECT 1 OF THE 2 MODES. 

   

Tow Mode (PRESS LIGHTS):

NOTE: Tow Mater will always start in Turbo Mode. When chain becomes fully extended on the tow hitch, Power Mode is activated.

1. Attach chain ONLY to Tow Mater’s tow hitch as shown. 
   WARNING: NEVER ATTACH CHAIN TO TOW MATER’S HOOK. AN S MAY CAUSE PERMANENT DAMAGE TO THE TOY.
2. Wrap chain and attach with hook to appropriate object.

3. Press LIGHTS and watch Tow Mater tow!!

   

WARNING

• Distance of object being pushed or pulled will vary with size and weight of object.
• For optimal performance place wheeled platform on a flat surface.
• Works on most hard surfaces.
• Not recommended for use on low traction surfaces (High Pile Carpet / Gravel / Dirt).

Push Mode (PUSH BUMPER):

NOTE: Tow Mater will always start in Turbo Mode. After bumper is PUSHED IN when contact with an object, Power Mode is activated.
