Assembling Your KENT Crystal Vacuum Cleaner

1. Unpack the unit and remove any stickers that can prevent unit operation.

2. Check the unit for damages. Do not use it in case of any damages

3. Before switching the unit on, make sure that your home’s main voltage corresponds to the unit’s operating voltage.

Description of Kent Crystal VC S1023

Attaching/Detaching

Extension tube

1. Hold the tube by it’s handle and push it inside slowly.

2. You will hear a ‘Click’ sound indicating that the tube is properly inserted

3. To detach, gently press the button and pull out slowly.

Connecting handle

1. Attach the handle to the tube by pushing it. You will hear a ‘Click’ sound indicating that the handle is properly inserted.

2. To detach, gently press the button and pull out slowly.

Connecting the tube, brush and motor

1. Insert the upper end of the tube to the body. You will hear a ‘Click’ sound indicating that the tube is properly inserted.

2. Attach the other end to the brush as shown in the figure.

3. To detach, gently press the button and pull out slowly.

   

Connecting the Crevice tool

1. Insert the crevice tool into the body. You will hear a ‘Click’ sound indicating that the tool is properly inserted.

2. To detach, gently press the button and pull out slowly.

Connecting the Floor/Carpet Brush to the main body

1. Attach the brush to the main body as shown in the figure. Insert the
   crevice tool into the body. You will hear a ‘Click’ sound indicating that
   the brush is properly inserted

2. To detach, gently press the button and pull out slowly.

Adjustment in Floor/Carpet Brush

Adjust the settings by pressing the adjustment latch located on the carpet brush:

• To use the brush on hard floor, extend the brush

• For use on carpets or rugs, retract the brush.

  

Note: Always remove the plug from the power socket before fitting or removing accessories.

Using your KENT Crystal Vacuum Cleaner

1. To use the appliance, rotate the hook 180” and remove the power cord. Connect the power cord to the corresponding power socket.

2. Press on/off button to switch on your appliance.

   

3. After use, switch the appliance off and unplug the cord, Adjust the hook to the position as shown in picture and wind the cord to the hook. Store in an upright position.

   

Using the Accessories

1. The Crevice tool is ideal for cleaning surfacesthat are difficult to clean otherwise, such as radiators, couch corners and cushion edges.

   

2. The Hard Brush can be used for cleaning both, hard floors and carpets

   

3. Use the appliance in hand-held mode to clean the surfaces of furniture, floors, walls and curtains, etc.

Kent Crystal VC S1023 Setup Guide

To set up the Kent Crystal water purifier, follow these steps:

1. Unpack the unit and place it on a flat, stable surface.
2. Connect the inlet pipe to the water source and the outlet pipe to the purifier.
3. Plug in the power cord and turn on the unit.
4. Press the power button on the digital display to start the purification process.
5. Wait for the purifier to fill the tank with clean, purified water.
6. Dispense water by pressing the faucet button on the front of the unit.

Important Instructions

1. Do not operate the vacuum cleaner too close to heaters, radiators, cigarette butts, etc.

2. Do not plug or unplug the device with wet hands.

3. Before using the vacuum cleaner, remove large or sharp objects from the floor to prevent damage of HEPA filter.

4. While unplugging, do not pull the electrical cord. Pull out the plug.

   

Note: If the suction pipe or metal telescopic tube is blocked, switch off the vacuum cleaner at once. Unplug the appliance before clearing the blockage. Once done, you can start the vacuum cleaner again.

Cleaning & Maintenance of Kent Crystal VC S1023

Switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning it.
Note: Never use gasoline, solvent, abrasive cleaning agents, metal objects or hard brushes to clean the appliance.

Emptying Dust Container

It is necessary to empty the dust container when it is 2/3 filled

1. To empty the dust container, remove the filters [one by one] as shown in the figure.

   

2. Empty the container in a dust bin or trash can.

   

3. Reinsert the filter assembly.

   

Washing and Cleaning of Filters

For trouble-free operations, it is important to clean the filters regularly.

1. Remove the HEPA & Foam filters (one by one) as shown in the figure.

   

2. Clean and wash under running water.

   

3. After washing the Foam filter, gently wring it and leave it to dry.

4. Dry the HEPA filter by placing it either on the table or on the floor.

   

Storage

1. If you do not intend to use the appliance for a long time, store it carefully.

2. Unplug the appliance.

3. Wind the cord to the hook of the cord and place the crevice tool in the accessory holder.

4. Place the appliance in an upright position.

5. Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.

General Safety Instructions
