WARNING: This is a remote that works with a relay that reverses the voltage to the winch motor. If your winch has a built-in relay, you would have to determine the correct solenoids to connect from the remote module. If your winch does not have a relay built-in, you need to purchase a relay.

Installation and Operating Instructions

There are two kinds of different connections for the winch connector. You can choose a suitable type of wireless remote control as Typ-03 or Typ-04.

• Typ-03: While you insert the receiver plug to the winches’ solenoid female connector, you should connect the earth line to the battery negative. Be sure the earth line is connected exactly, then you can operate your winch by pressing the button on the transmitter.
• Typ-04: While you are ready to operate a winch, just connect the four cores of the receiver to the winches’ solenoid female connector. And then you can operate your winch by pressing the button on the transmitter.
  • NOTE: Make sure one of the four pole receptacles is connected to earth.

We suggest you operate the winch as follows:

1. Disengage the clutch of your winch.
2. Pull out the winch wire rope about 1.5 meters.
3. Reengage the clutch of your winch.
4. Insert the plug of the remote control receiver into the winches’ solenoid control box female connector. If your wireless remote control is Typ-03, you should properly connect the black earth line to the battery negative.
5. Put your receiver in a certain place.
6. Keep the antenna of the receiver out and straight.
7. Pull out the antenna of the transmitter, and move down the cover of your transmitter to bare out the control button.
8. Press the button to operate your winch: start, stop, in and out.
