• Turn the thermostat knob (right) in a clockwise direction until it reaches the maximum setting.
• Summer service (Ventilation only): Turn the knob to the setting fan.
• Heating at reduced power: Turn the knob (right) to setting I (1000W).
• Heating at full power: Turn the knob (right) to setting II (2000W).
• Switching off: Turn the knob (left) to setting 0.

PLACEMENT GUIDE FOR THE HEATER

The heater should only be operated at a minimum distance of 1 m from a wall or any other object. Position the air flow in order to optimize the heating of the room.

THERMOSTAT SETTING

Keeping in view customer requirements, the ORPAT Element Heater is designed with a thermostat to maintain the desired temperature. For this, follow the steps given below:

• Step 1: Switch ON the Element Heater by keeping it in an upright position.
• Step 2: Keep the thermostat to the max. position.
• Step 3: Once the desired room temperature is reached rotate the Thermostat Knob back till the unit cuts off.
• Step 4: The Element Heater will now automatically cut-in and cut-out to maintain the desired temperature.

OVERHEAT PROTECTION

This heater has an overheat protection safety device that switches off the heater automatically in case of overheating. This may happen if the heater is in operation for a long period of time. In this case, unplug the heater and let it cool down for about half an hour before using it again.

Setup Guide

7. To use after a long gap, please run the appliance on the "Fan only" position for 10 minutes to ensure that the motor becomes free. In case the motor does not start, DO NOT turn switch to heating.
