Description of Quantum Keyboard+Mouse QHM9600

The Quantum Keyboard+Mouse QHM9600 is a high-performance wireless peripheral set that offers a range of customizable features for productivity and gaming. The keyboard features backlit keys with adjustable brightness and customizable RGB lighting, as well as dedicated media keys and programmable macro keys. The mouse boasts a high-precision optical sensor with adjustable DPI and an ergonomic design with adjustable wrist rest for comfort during long gaming sessions. With 2.4GHz wireless technology and long-lasting rechargeable batteries, the QHM9600 offers a seamless and uninterrupted computing experience.

Installation 

Install mouse/keyboard

1. Open the battery cover at the bottom of mouse, please insert correctly, after battery installed, the LED will light up for 2 seconds then die out, which means the mouse works well.
2. Open the battery cover the bottom of keyboard, please insert battery correctly, after battery installed, then keyboard turns into working position.

Receiver Installation

1. For laptop, you can connect the receiver with the USB connector directly.
2. For desktop, suggest you connect the receiver at the desktop, so you can reduce interference.
3. This type of combo doesn't need to code, you can enjoy using them freely.

Note: After you unplug receiver or shutdown the host, the mouse and keyboard will rapidly turn into deep-sleeping mode. Before the receiver connected or host opened, the keyboard and mouse won't get into working position, and the LED of mouse is out with deep dormancy. After opening the host and connecting the receiver, click any key can awake the mouse and keyboard, then you can use the combo normally.
Attention

1. In order to prolong battery life, please use mouse on the white or light cover desk.
2. Please select alkaline battery. If no using for a long time, please remove the batteries for preventing battery leakage to damage the mouse.
3. When the combo turns into sleeping mode, press any key to activate using.
4. Don't use the mouse at the glass or other slippy surface.
5. When operate the combo at a long distance, pis keep 20cm at least from electrical appliance for best performance, such as monitor, sound box and other outlay connectors.

Quantum Keyboard+Mouse QHM9600 Setup Guide

1. Insert the USB dongle into a free USB port on your computer.
2. Turn on the keyboard and mouse by holding down the power button for 3 seconds.
3. The keyboard and mouse will automatically pair with the USB dongle.
4. Customize the keyboard and mouse settings using the Quantum Peripherals software.
5. To charge the keyboard and mouse, connect the included USB-C cables to the charging ports.

Step to use

Rupee Symbol

• Download the Quantum Rupees font software to your computer from http:llwww.quantumhitech.com/drivers.html
• Unzip the "Quantum Rupee font download.zip" file to any folder on your computer
• Double click the "Rupee Installer.axe" from the unzipped files and follow the onscreen instructions
• This will install four new fonts to your computer Now, double click the "Keyboard Install.axe" from the unzipped files and wait till the installation is complete
• This will install a new keyboard layout in your computer
• Restart your computer
• Now you can click on the small keyboard icon on the bottomright corner of the screen and enable the “Rupee Foradian Keyboard Layout”
• Double check that the "Rupee Foradian Keyboard Layout" is active
• Now you can use the key with Rupee symbol printed II to type the rupee symbol by selecting the "Rupee Foradian Standard Font" in the application you are using. For example, Word, Excel etc.

WIRELESS COMBO SOFTWARE MATCHING PROCEDURE

If RED LED on keyboard blinks when any key is pressed and  keyboard does not work then follow the steps as below·The keyboard does not work as changed the battery: match the procedure again

1. Unplug the USB receiver, put the battery on the keyboard
2. Press the -ESC" and "K" keys together of the keyboard
3. LED of keyboard will start blinking, plug the USB receiver
4. After blinking of LED stops , release both keys
5. Keyboard is now ready to use

If the mouse cursor do not move and mouse cannot be used then follow the steps below.

1. Unplug the USB receiver, put the battery on the mouse
2. Within 5 second plug the USB receiver in USB port
3. The mouse matches automatically.
4. Mouse is now Ready to use

Troubleshooting

1. If can't work, what we can do:
   • Check if the positive and negative electrode of battery is right or have power.
   • Check if the USB receiver is settled firmly.
2. When the keyboard or mouse moves slowly or malfunction, what can we do:
   • Increasing the distance between keyboard mouse and the other computer equipments.
   • Turn off the other wireless devices.
   • If on the metal surface, like copper, iron, aluminum, etc will cause barrier to the transmission, and extend the response time of the keyboard and mouse.
