Overview
The Echo Gym Timer 2.0 is a programmable gym clock and interval timer designed for home gyms, fitness studios, strength-and-conditioning facilities, and group training. It combines a large LED display, remote control, Bluetooth app support, preset workouts, custom intervals, countdowns, stopwatch functions, and workout-specific modes.
Its work and rest indicators make interval changes easy to follow during circuit training, HIIT, Tabata, EMOM sessions, conditioning workouts, and team training. The timer can be placed on a wall, used with an optional floor stand, or attached to a compatible VESA 100 mounting bracket.

Detailed Description
The timer uses a large central display to show the active time, countdown, count-up value, or stopwatch reading. A green Work light identifies an exercise interval, while the red Rest light indicates a recovery period. The Bluetooth status indicator shows whether the unit is ready to pair with a mobile device.
The Power Button is positioned on the top of the housing. The rear panel contains the Power Port, two timer mounting points, and four points for a compatible TV bracket. The supplied remote provides access to the timer’s interval programs, countdown and count-up modes, clock settings, brightness, volume, sound, and reset functions.
Preset workouts are useful when a session follows a fixed work-to-rest pattern. Custom modes are available when the workout requires a different number of rounds, work duration, or rest duration. Saved settings can also be assigned to shortcut keys numbered 21 through 30 for faster access later.
