Tomoloo Speaker Hoverboard Q2C About Vibration
There are a few customers who sent us feedback regarding the hoverboard vibration issue, please read the following for you to better the theory and operate the unit more appropriately. Sometimes the hoverboard would vibrate because of the following reasons.
- When the rider goes for "low-speed mode" or "standard speed mode", especially if the rider is a kid. The theory is: that the driving force provided by the mainboard to the motor would be compressed with the same weight while you switch the speed to "low" or "standard" from "high", so the supply and demand of the mainboard & motor did not match, which will cause vibrate. BTW, when the rider goes for "low" mode, it's more likely he would fall off the hoverboard coz the whole unit becomes logy. So we suggest riders put protection and go for a "high speed" mode which he has to still keep cautious at first.
- When the four sensors on the pedal have uneven stress, vibration will happen. So the riders' operation matters sometimes. Please keep your feet right and balanced on the four sensors, don't be too nervous and overexert.
- Vibration often happens when the rider tries to speed up at first, or when the rider swings forward and backward because when he does this, the electric current of the hoverboard is higher than the normal riding, which will impact the mainboard, and cause vibration.
We hope our explanation may help you understand and operate the hoverboard better.
Please try a high-speed mode and try to balance the hoverboard in a better way, when you get more familiar with it, this won't be an issue.
