To Set Up of Foot Massager FM 60

1. Remove massager from packaging and check all components for damage.
2. Connect the power cord to a standard electrical outlet and route the power cord to prevent anyone from tripping over it.

To Use

1. Remove your shoes before each use. Sit comfortably and place your feet on the massage balls. The rub-ber feet on the massager base should prevent it from moving.
2. Press the Power Switch to the | (on) position and then press the Mode Button. To activate the heat func-tion and the higher speed setting, press the Mode Button again. Press the Mode Button again to switch the massage balls and heat function off.
3. Press the Power Switch to the O (off) position to shut the massager off.

NOTES

• For an optimum massage position, the rear rubber feet can be adjusted. Turn clock-wise to raise or counterclockwise to lower until you hear a click.  Each rear rubber foot has two height settings.
• The massage should be pleasant and relaxing at all times. Stop the massage or change your position or the contact pressure if it is painful or unpleasant.
