Plug in the power cord, turn on the vacuum, and you're ready to start cleaning. To use the turbo brush tool, simply attach it to the end of the hose and turn on the vacuum. The brush roll will automatically start spinning, allowing you to easily remove pet hair and ground-in dirt from carpets and upholstery.
Maintaining Your Vacuum
Maintaining the TurboBrush Tool
Twist gray collar counterclockwise until slot appears; separate faceplate and remove brush.
Replace belt and brush if needed.
If paddle wheel is dislodged, align two clips on each side and click into place.
Faceplate will not close if all parts are not aligned correctly.
Clearing a Clog
Remove hose from back of vacuum by twisting left. Remove any debris.
Check foot hose on back of vacuum, towards the bottom. If necessary, remove screw from foot hose and check for clogs.
Check air passageway on the bottom of vacuum. Remove bottom cover and brush. Remove any debris.
Replacing the Brush and Belt
Unplug vacuum, turn over and unscrew six Phillips-head screws to remove bottom cover.
Lift brush roll straight out. Inspect belt, replace if it appears damaged.
If belt is not broken. Inspect brush roll by placing it on its end and spinning. Brush roll should spin freely, multiple times with one flick. Replace brush roll if it doesn’t spin freely.
Replace brush roll and belt by looping belt over motor shaft and brush roll. Line up endcaps and pull brush forward into place. Belt will stretch.
Once brush roll is installed, place bottom cover back on and replace screws.
