Operating Instructions
HOW TO USE
This appliance is designed to make frozen fruit products into natural, delicious fruit ices, sorbet, or frozen yogurt.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (FOR USE)
- Take the appliance carefully out of the packaging and locate all of the separate parts.(Refer to Features diagram).
- Place the Electric Base on a stable, flat surface.
- Locate the part labeled Chute.
- Insert the Grinder into the base of the Chute as shown in the diagram above.
- Place the Dispenser on the front of the Chute and turn counter-clockwise to lock into place.
- Insert the back end of the newly assembled Chute (including the Grinder and Dispenser) into the Electric Base and turn counter-clockwise to lock in place.
- Place the Tray on top of the Chute tube and fit into place.
DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (FOR CLEANING)
- Switch off and unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet.
- Remove the assembled Chute (Dispenser + Grinder installed in the Chute) by turning the Chute assembly clockwise.
- Take the Food Pusher out.
- Remove each part: Tray, Dispenser and Grinder.
- The appliance is now disassembled for washing.
MAKING FROZURT
- In order to safely operate this machine, leave your frozen foods out or in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before putting it into the appliance. This will soften the ingredients for best results.
- The Frozurt machine is not meant to be used for more than two minutes at a time. Exceeding two minutes of use, the machine is likely to get warm. In this instance, stop the machine and allow it to cool down before using it again.
- Do not keep the machine operating for too long without putting food in the Chute.
- For optimal results, cut the ingredients into small pieces before placing them into the Chute.
- Fill the Chute with ingredients and turn the machine ON.
- When the Chute is full, use the Food Pusher to press the ingredients down. You can feed in more ingredients as the blended mixture comes out of the Dispenser.
NOTE: The first fruits inserted into the unit might not be immediately dispensed. Insert more fruit into the Chute and use the Food Pusher for contents to be fully dispensed. - Ingredients may need to be mixed together as they come out of the dispenser.

- Let fruit defrost for around 10 minutes before using. Time will vary by fruit but you will quickly find the right thawing time for every fruit.
- Make sure the groove on the Food Pusher lines up with the notch on the Chute. If it gets misaligned it can get stuck.
- If the fruit is too frozen it won’t blend as smoothly, but you can pour it back into the Chute and blend it again if needed.
- You can also use peanut butter, chocolate, frozen avocado, small chunks of frozen yogurt and tons more to make endless creative mixtures.
- Do not use any extremely hard or frozen foods.
- Always peel bananas or other fruits before freezing.
- When using a mixture of different frozen fruits, alternate when placing in the Chute to ensure an even mixtur
- If you are making a larger amount, dispense it all into a large freezer safe dish, mix and spread and place in the freezer for easy scooping later.
