How to Use Hamilton Beach Electric Air Fryer 35075
CAUTION Hot Surface. The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high during and after operation. Hot air and steam exit from air vents on back of unit during cooking.
Before first use: Wash Pan and Crisping Insert in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry.
- Place Air Fryer in a location where Air Vents on back of unit are not blocked. Plug into outlet. Power On/Off Button () will illuminate blue.
- Hold Pan Handle and pull straight out to remove Pan with Crisping Insert from Base.
- To add Crisping Insert, place fingers in center holes and use other hand to push straight down until level with bottom of Pan. To remove Insert, place fingers in center holes and pull straight up.
- Add food on top of Crisping Insert.
- Lightly misting fresh food with oil will produce crispier results.
- Do not fill Pan more than 1/2 full.
- Always make sure Crisping Insert is on bottom of Pan before adding food and cooking.
- Slide Pan with Crisping Insert back into Base.
- Touch and hold Power On/Off () to turn on Air Fryer or touch Menu Button () to select program, then touch Power On/Off to start cooking.
The default cooking temperature and time can be changed at any time by touching the Temperature or Time (+) or (–) Button to adjust. - Hold Handle of Pan, gently pull straight out of Base, and shake. If recipe calls for stirring or turning over, place Pan on a flat, heatproof surface. Use only utensils which are high-heat resistant (400°F [205°C]) and prevent scratching of nonstick surfaces.
- Slide Pan with Crisping Insert back into Base and cooking will automatically start if any cooking time remains.
- Air Fryer will automatically beep and turn off when Timer reaches 0:00. Fan will run after cooking time ends.
- Press Power On/Off Button () and Power Indicator Light will remain illuminated in blue until Air Fryer is unplugged.
- To remove Pan with hot food, hold Handle and pull straight out from Base. Place Pan on a flat, heatproof surface.
- Unplug.
