Unlike traditional printers, Inkjet Printers print ink on the printed matter and do not contact with the printed matter.2-5mm gap.

1. Encoder [common handheld printing]
   The encoder determines the distance of the front wheel to control the inkjet. If the encoder is used for printing, the encoder roller must contact with the printed matter.

2. Distance printing
   Distance printing means that the roller is sprayed once after the roller has been rotated for a distance, and the distance of the printing is fixed. In the "Print Settings", find the "Distance Switch" and control the "Continuous Print Interval" to control the interval size (mm).

3. Time delay [pipeline printing]
   Time-delay printing is often used for printing on the assembly line. In the "Print Settings", find  "photoelectric switch" and turn on, control printing with delay time.

First, the detailed printer function

1.  Introduction to the main interface:

Edit: Edit the printed text content. Click on the content in the document, and edit it.
Delete: delete the content in the document
Preview: Preview the print
New: Create new print text
Open: Open the printed text in the local or USB flash drive
Rename: Name the printed text  
Save: Save the current print text  
Print: Ready to print

Add:

Segmentation: Segments the content of the document to achieve different effects at a time.
Text: Enter the text-editing interface
Date: Print content and insert date
Image: Insert picture (U disk picture, commonly used pictures inside the machine)
Barcode: Edit the barcode or QR code in the printed text
Var Bar Code: Variable bar code
Counter: Record the code for each printing
Table: Add form (U disk)  
Icon: Common labels 
Paragraph: Interval printing

2. Settings

DATA &Time: Set time, it will automatically update after setting.
Print: Set the print parameters of the inkjet printer
Nozzle: Set the nozzle direction, nozzle voltage, inkjet density, flashing time  
Data export: Export the document data in the machine to the U disk  
Language: Switch machine language
Reset: Restoring the factory setting will delete all settings and data. At the seam time, the  machine needs to be rebooted.
Diagnosis: Check the status of the machine.
QS Update: Update the system using a USB flash drive
UI Update: Update the interface using the USB flash drive activation program.
