- To turn the Cook Top "ON":
- a. First open the gas regulator. Light a match stick over the operating burner, while simultaneously turning the operating knob towards "ON" position.
- b. The burners may not ignite the first time you use them. This may be due to the result of air in the gas tube. Turn the gas control knob back to the "OFF" position and try again until burner ignite.
- Use the cook top for cooking purpose only. Do not dry towels, clothes etc. over it.
- When using high flame, ensure that you use large sized vessels to covers the entire flame to avoid wastage of gas.
- When using smaller vessels, reduce the flame intensity to the required optimum.
- While cooking always avoid the content being cooked to overflow and fall on the burner. This may extinguish the flame and also block the burner holes.
- Wipe clean the cook top, pan supports and drip pans with warm soapy water and use a soft cloth to avoid scratches.
- Clean the burner regularly so that they don't get clogged. Do not use abrasive materials for cleaning. If you clean the burners with water, make sure that you dry them properly before using.
- Always check the flexible tube periodically for any wear and tear to avoid gas leaks and prevent danger.
- If you find gas leakage smell, close the gas regulator of the cylinder / pipeline, open up all windows and call your Gas SUPPLY agents. Do not switch "ON" any electric switch or light matches/ lighter etc.
- Always remember NOT to check the gas leak with a flame. Keep the tube away from heat.

- Do not clean with alcohol or kerosene because it may damage the cook top.
