GETTING STARTED

Be patient when first using your trimmer. As with any new product, it may take a little while to familiarise yourself with the product.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHARGING

• Always ensure that your hands, trimmer, and mains adaptor are dry before charging.
• Before using your trimmer for the first time,e charge for 24 hou.rs  r  subsequent uses; charge for 14-16 hours before use. One full charge allows 30 minutes of cordless usage time.
• Ensure the product is switched off and attach the mains adaptor to the trimmer.
• Connect the mains adaptor to the mains. The charging indicator will light up.
• Charge for the time indicated above.
• Use the product until the battery is low. This is indicated by the trimmer working distinctly slower.
• NOTE: This product is for cordless use only. Do not use your trimmer whilst plugged into the mains.
• Your trimmer cannot be overcharged. However, if the product is not going to be used for an extended period of time (2-3 months), unplug it from the mains and store it. Fully recharge your trimmer when you would like to use it again.
• To preserve the life of your batteries, let them run out every six months,, then recharge for 14-16 hours.

EXCHANGING THE ATTACHMENTS

• Just place the attachment on the trimmer and turn it clockwise until the lock symbols align/you hear a ‘click’.

ATTACHING THE ADJUSTABLE COMB TO THE PRECISION TRIMMER

• The precision trimmer has an adjustable comb attachment that can be adjusted to give 3 different trim lengths.
• To fasten the comb attachment, slide it onto the precision trimmer from front to back until it locks into place.
• To adjust the comb length, grip the sides of the comb, slide the comb off, adjust to align into the desired slots, and slide back intothe locked position.
• To remove, grip the sides of the comb and slide off.

COMBS ATTACHMENT SETTINGS:

If you are trimming for the first time, start with the maximum trimming length setting.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

EXFOLIATING

• The exfoliating brush gently rotates to help prevent ingrown hairs and irritation in the bikini area.
• Exfoliating before trimming can help to lift flat-lying and ingrown hairs.
• Exfoliating between trims can help prevent ingrown hairs and leave the skin feeling smoother.
• The exfoliating attachment is recommended for wet use.
• Wet the skin and use in a continuous circular motion.
• Rinse the brush attachment after each use.

BIKINI
To Trim the Length

• Attach the precision trimmer.
• Place the comb attachment onto the trimmer, and select the desired length.
• Place the flat top of the comb against the skin and slowly slide the trimmer through the hair in the direction of hair growth.
• CAUTION: Ensure that the trimmer blade is kept away from any sensitive areas. EDGING AND SHAPING
• Attach the precision trimmer without the comb attachment.
• Hold the trimmer at a right angle to your skin and press down gently.
• Edge and shape the area as desired.
• Attach the mini screen shaver and move over any trimmed areas for smoother results.
• Underarms
• Attach the mini screen shaver.
• Gently move the shaver against the hair growth.
• NOTE: If hair length is more than 1mm, use the precision trimmer first.

TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS

• After trimming, lightly go over the trimmed areas with the mini screen shaver to get a smooth,h clean finish. •    Hold the Trimmer so the mini screen shaver is gently touching the skin. Avoid holding the groomer at an angle.
• Since all hairs do not grow in the same direction, you may want to try different trimming positions (i.,e. upwards, downward,s or across) for better results.
• Use your free hand to stretch the skin for easier trimming.
• Note: The miniscreen shaver is designed to shave small,l detailed areas. It is not designed to shave large surfaces. For a closer, more comfortable shave of these ar,e as we recommend using one of REMINGTON®’s female shavers.

REPLACING YOUR FOIL AND CUTTERS

• To ensure the continued highest quality performance from your shaver, we recommend that the foil and cutbe are replaced regularly.
• Signs that your foils and cutters need replacing.

• Pulling: as the cutters wear, your shave may not feel as close, and you may feel the cutter pulling your hair.

CARE FOR YOUR TRIMMER

• The easiest and the most hygienic way to clean the appliance is by rinsing the appliance head after use with warm water.
• Keep the switch in the “off” position when not in use.

AFTER EACH USE

• To clean the precision and arc detail trimmers attachments:
• Brush the accumulated hair from the cutting assembly.

TO CLEAN THE MINISCREEN FOIL

• Hold the trimmer in one hand, with the other press the foil release buttons and gently pull the foil assembly off the trimmer.
• Blow any loose debris from the foil.
• Brush or rinse the accumulated hair from the cutter assembly.
• To replace the foil assembly, hold either side of the foil and push down until you hear a click and it is firmly attached. Do not press down on the foil.
• Rinsing the groomer under water or using it when in the shower may require lubricating the cutter blades periodically.

CAUTION

• Only use the light-grade oil or sewing machine oil on the blades.
• Do not use harsh or corrosive cleaners on the units or their cutters.
• Do not apply pressure or hard objects to cutters.
• Do not disassemble the cutter assembly.
• Do not submerge in water as damage will occur.
