Monitor Buttons
M Menu Button: Press to display the OSD menu or enter sub-menus.
Down Button: Press to move down in the menus.
Up Button: Press to move up in the menus.

Power Button: Press to turn the monitor on/off.
The E button can also be used to switch between “HDMI 4K” and “HDMI 5K” when connecting via HDMI; however, this function is not available when using the DisplayPort to connect.
Audio Output: Insert the audio cable for output of audio signals.
DP Connectors: Insert one end of the DP cable into the computer’s DP output and connect the other end to the monitor’s DP port.
HDMI Connectors: Insert one end of the HDMI cable into the computer’s HDMI output and connect the other end to the monitor’s HDMI port.
USB 2.0 Connector: For charging or firmware updates only.
Power Connector: Insert the power cable to supply power to the monitor.
Remote Control
Power: Press to turn the monitor on or off.
Input Select: Press to switch between HDMI or DP input.
OK: Press to enter the OSD menu or press to confirm.
Arrow Buttons: After entering the OSD settings menu, press any of the arrow buttons to move within the menu.
LED Effects Console: After entering the navigation menu, press to enter the LED effects console.
ECO Modes: Press directly to switch ECO modes.
HDR: Press to turn HDR on or off.
Exit: Press to exit the OSD menu or return to the previous menu.

Avoid pressing two remote buttons simultaneously as this may cause malfunctions.
Avoid using the remote in areas with extreme temperature fluctuations.
If the remote will not be used for extended periods of time, remove the battery.
The remote control’s range is approximately 16.4-23 feet. Use it within this range.
Use 3V lithium battery (CR2032 or equivalent).
Remember: small batteries are easily swallowed by young children. Keep batteries away from children. Call 911 if you believe a battery was ingested.
Description
The Viotek Curved Gaming Monitor (SUW49DA) is a high-performance display designed for serious gamers. The monitor's 49-inch VA panel delivers stunning visuals with a wide color gamut and high contrast ratio. The 3840 x 1080 resolution provides sharp and detailed images, while the 144Hz refresh rate ensures smooth and seamless gameplay. The monitor's curvature of 1800R reduces eye strain and provides an immersive viewing experience.
The SUW49DA also supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technology, which synchronizes the monitor's refresh rate with the graphics card's output, eliminating screen tearing and stuttering. Stand Installation
Keep the foam underneath the monitor before attaching the stand.
Open the package, take out the product with foam still attached, and gently place it on a desktop or table.
Take out the two main parts of the stand. Then use the included screwdriver and the NO.1 screws to fasten base to the stem.
Align the stand stem’s bracket with the opening on the back of the monitor and carefully insert bracket. The pieces should click into place.
Before removing the stand, remove the port cover from the back of the monitor. Switch the button down to remove the monitor from the bracket.
To avoid damage, do not touch the screen when moving the monitor.
Wall Mounting
This monitor ONLY includes screws which may be used when attaching the monitor to a mount. No mount or mounting accessory is included.
Open the package, take out the product with foam still attached, and gently place it on a desktop or table. Remove the extra parts and the foam covering the monitor. If the monitor was already attached to the stand, remove the stand.
Remove the original screws x 4 (1) from the opening in the back of the monitor. Follow the directions received with your mount, stand, or accessory and install the monitor on the wall or fixture as desired. Remember to use the included NO. 2 screws when attaching anything to the back of the monitor. Refer to the image (2) for correct screw placement.
Use only the NO. 2 Screws (35 mm x 2 pcs, 17mm x 2 pcs) provided with this type of installation.
Do not discard the original screws as these may be needed for future use.
Follow the directions received with your mount, stand, or accessory and install the monitor on the wall or fixture as desired.
Basic Operation
Insert one end of the DP cable into your PC’s graphics card. An HDMI cable may also be used. HDMI cable not included.
Connect the other end of the cable to the corresponding connector on your monitor.
Connect the power cable to your monitor then connect the other end to your power source. It is recommended that you use a surge protector with adequate voltage if a wall outlet cannot be reached directly.
Locate the power button on the monitor and press it to turn the monitor on.
AMD FreeSync
This feature is off by default. To activate, you must have hardware with FreeSync capability, a DP or HDMI cable, and the latest graphic drivers. After connecting your computer and monitor with a DP or HDMI cable, you may receive a prompt to enable the feature on your computer. If you do not, you may need to enable the function in your graphics card menu. See your graphics card manufacturer’s documentation for instructions. If you use HDMI to connect, you must use the HDMI 2.0 port to be able to use FreeSync.
Indicator Light
Solid blue light indicates power is on and the monitor is operating normally. Flashing blue light indicates no video source, no horizontal or vertical signal has been detected or power is low. Please ensure your computer is on and all video cables are fully inserted and/or connected.
OSD
The On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu may be used to adjust your monitor’s settings and appears on screen after turning on the monitor and pressing the M button. When using the monitor for the first time, settings will automatically adjust to optimal settings according to your computer’s configuration.
Press any one of the buttons (M,, , E, ) to activate the navigation window.
Press M () to enter the OSD screen.
Press () or () to browse functions.
Highlight the desired function and then press M to enter the sub-menu.
Press () or () to browse sub-menus then press M to highlight the desired function.
Press () or () to highlight an option and then press M to confirm the settings and exit the current screen.

Display Mode and Gameplus Switching
Press any one of the buttons (M, , , E, ) to activate the navigation window.
Press () to switch Gameplus modes. According to the needs of your game, choose the corresponding game icon. These game icons are primarily designed to optimize your aim during shooting games, though they can be used for other scenarios.
Press () button to switch ECO modes. These modes (Standard, Photo, Movie, Game, FPS, and RTS) can be used to optimize settings according to your activity. Standard mode is suitable for most activities.
Press E () button to switch HDMI 4K or HDMI 5K resolution under HDMI signals input.
Setup Guide

This monitor features ventilation openings on the back of the unit. Avoid blocking these openings to prevent the monitor from overheating.

Do not spray cleaner and or any kind of liquid directly onto the monitor’s screen or any part of the monitor.
Do not insert anything into any part of the monitor especially the ventilation openings.
Always make sure your monitor is placed on a secure, level surface to prevent it from falling and sustaining damage.
Unplug your monitor during any extended periods of non-use.
Do not place heavy items on the monitor or monitor cables.
Do not attempt to disassemble or remove parts from the monitor. Any disassembly or modification etc. not performed by an authorized technician can result in damage to the monitor and/or possible exposure to high voltage electricity which may lead to serious injury or death.

Troubleshooting
General Problems
The screen is blank
Press the power button to turn the monitor on.
Confirm the brightness and contrast settings are set normally.
Check if the indicator light is flashing. If so, there is no signal from your video source.
If your source is a notebook or laptop, make sure it’s powered on and set to mirror or extension mode.
The image is out of focus
Make sure the video cable is inserted properly at both ends.
The screen is flashing
Try an alternative power source. Insufficient power can cause this issue.
Make sure devices such as non-shielded speakers, fluorescent lighting, AC transformers, table fans, etc., are a safe distance away from your screen to avoid magnetic disturbances.
The color bleeds or visual effects appear unusual
If your screen is all red or blue, or any colors disappear, check to see that the cable is properly inserted. A loose connection can cause a bad signal.
Try connecting to another video source for comparison.
The screen appears to be scrolling, rolling, or moving unusually
Check that your source frequency is within 120Hz.
Reconnect and ensure your video cable is secure.
The monitor needs cleaning
Make sure the monitor has been powered off before cleaning.
