Connecting the speakers

• Connect the active speaker and passive speaker with the included connecting cable (golden cable to red wire clamp, and silver cable to the black). 
• Connect audio source like PC sound card to active speaker with the included 3.5mm to RCA connector cable.

Connect to A.C. Power Outlet

• Please connect the A.C. power plug to the correct A.C. voltage outlet.

 Adjustment

Play the audio on your connected device and adjust master volume/bass/treble to a desired level.

Note:
If two audio sources are connected simultaneously, both signals will play. To dedicate audio output from one source, decrease the volume or power off the unselected device.

Setup Guide

Setting up the Edifier R1280T is straightforward and user-friendly. Here are the steps to get you started:

1. Place the speakers in your desired location, ensuring they are positioned at ear level for optimal sound quality.
2. Connect the left and right speakers using the provided RCA cables.
3. Plug in the power cord and turn on the speaker.
4. To connect via Bluetooth, press the Bluetooth button on the back of the speaker until the LED light starts flashing. Then, select "Edifier R1280T" from your device's Bluetooth settings.
5. If using RCA or auxiliary inputs, simply connect your device and adjust the volume and settings as needed.

The remote control allows you to adjust volume, bass, and treble settings conveniently.

11. Do not force a plug into the jack. Before connection, check for blockage in the jack and whether the plug matches the jack and is oriented to the right direction.
12. Keep the provided accessories and parts (such as screws) away from children to prevent from being swallowed by mistake.
13. Do not open or remove the housing yourself. It may expose you to dangerous voltage or other hazardous risks. Regardless the cause of damage (such as damaged wire or plug, exposure to liquid splash or foreign object falling in, exposure to rain or moisture, product not working or being dropped, etc.), the repair has to be performed by an authorized service professional immediately.
14. Before cleaning the product with dry cloth, always turn off the product and disconnect the power plug first.
15. Never use strong acid, alkali, gasoline, alcohol, or other chemical solvents to clean the product surface. Use only neutral solvent or clear water for cleaning.
