• NEVER use any other manufacturer’s car seats with this adapter unless listed above.
• ALWAYS CHECK to make sure the car seat is securely latched to the infant car seat adapter by lifting up on the car seat.
• AVOID SERIOUS INJURY TO YOUR CHILD FROM FALLING OR SLIDING OUT OF THE INFANT CAR SEAT:
  • ALWAYS snugly secure your child in the car seat with the harness.
  • ALWAYS make sure the infant car seat adapter is securely attached on both sides of stroller frame before attaching the car seat to the adapter.

How to Attach

ATTACHING GRACO SNUGRIDE OR CHICCO KEY FIT INFANT CAR SEAT ONTO A SINGLE STROLLER 

1. WARNING INJURY can occur.DEATH or SERIOUS
   ALWAYS make sure the buckle straps are placed outside of the adapter when installing infant car seat.
   To attach infant car seat adapter, lock brakes. Position adapter as shown. Line up the adapter with seat mounts and press down until it clicks into place.
   Pull up on both sides of infant car seat adapter to test it is properly locked into place.

2. ALWAYS make sure the infant car seat is rear-facing before installing into the infant car seat adapter.
   Insert car seat rear-facing into adapter until it clicks into place on both sides of adapter. 

   

   Make sure infant car seat is securely locked into infant car seat adapter. Pull up on handle to test it is properly locked into place.

   

3. ONLY use the buckle straps when installing Chicco infant car seats.
   For Chicco infant car seats only, attach the buckle straps on both sides of the infant car seat. Pull up on handle to test it is properly locked into place.

4. For Chicco infant car seats only, disconnect buckle straps before removing infant car seat. 
   To remove infant car seat, pull release handle with one hand while lifting up on carry handle with other hand. 

   

5. To remove infant car seat adapter, press both release buttons and lift off stroller.

   

ATTACHING THE PEG-PÉREGO PRIMO VIAGGIO INFANT CAR SEAT ONTO A SINGLE STROLLER 

1. WARNING INJURY can occur.DEATH or SERIOUS
   ALWAYS make sure the buckle straps are placed outside of the adapter when installing infant car seat.
   To attach infant car seat adapter, lock brakes. Position adapter as shown. Line up adapter with seat mounts and press down until it clicks into place.
   Pull up on both sides of infant car seat adapter to test it is properly locked into place.

2. Insert adapter bar into hole on one side. Pull back on center of adapter bar and slide toward inserted hole. Line up adapter bar with hole on opposite side and release.

   

   Push down on adapter bar to ensure it is locked in place.

   

3. ALWAYS make sure the infant car seat is rear-facing before installing into the infant car seat adapter.
   Holding car seat rear-facing, align notch on bottom of car seat and press down until it clicks into place.
   Make sure infant car seat is securely locked into infant car seat adapter. Pull up on handle to test it is properly locked into place.

   

4. To remove infant car seat, pull release handle with one hand while lifting up on carry handle with other hand.

5. To remove infant car seat adapter, press both release buttons and lift off stroller.
   To remove adapter bar, grab center of adapter bar and pull back toward one inserted hole. Move adapter bar to the side and release.

   

ATTACHING INFANT CAR SEAT ADAPTER TO PIVOT XPAND IN DOUBLE SEAT MOUNT POSITION 

WARNING INJURY can occur.DEATH or SERIOUS

• ONLY use the fabric guard with Evenflo Pivot Xpand stroller.
• To avoid entrapment, ALWAYS use fabric guard when installing the infant car seat adapter with Pivot Xpand stroller in upper position.
• DO NOT use the fabric guard as a seat.
• ALWAYS remove fabric guard when installing the toddler seat or when attaching an Evenflo infant car seat to the stroller.
• To avoid stroller instability and tip-overs, DO NOT load pockets with over 1.5 lbs (.7 kg) combined.

1. When using infant car seat adapter with Pivot Xpand™, follow stroller instructions to set up as a double stroller. 
   Once you have moved both seat mounts from the single seat mount position to the upper mount position, your adapter is ready to be installed onto the mounts.
   Pull up and press down on both mounts to test they are properly locked into place.
2. To attach fabric guard, unzip fabric guard and slide over top of stroller handle with logo facing up as shown.

3. Wrap hook and loop straps around the sides of stroller tubes and insert back through slots.
   Secure hook and loop strap in place tightly to tube.

   

4. Wrap elastic loops around mounts as far down as possible.

5. ALWAYS make sure the buckle straps are placed outside of the adapter when installing infant car seat.
   To attach infant car seat adapter, lock brakes. Position adapter as shown. Line up adapter with seat mounts and press down until it clicks in place.
   Pull up on both sides of infant car seat adapter to test it is properly locked into place.

   

6. ALWAYS make sure the infant car seat is rear-facing before installing into the infant car seat adapter.
   Insert car seat rear-facing into the adapter until it clicks into place on both sides of the adapter. 
   Make sure infant car seat is securely locked into infant car seat adapter. Pull up on handle to test it is properly locked into place.

8. To attach infant car seat adapter, lock brakes. Position adapter as shown. Line up adapter with seat mounts and press down until it clicks in place.

   Insert car seat rear-facing into adapter until it clicks into place on both sides of adapter.

10. To remove infant car seat, pull release handle with one hand while lifting up on carry handle with other hand.

11. To remove infant car seat adapter, press both release buttons and lift off stroller.
