Before first use

Be sure to remove all packing materials. Choose a flat, level, water-resistant location for Humidifier that will allow for good air circulation and that is not accessible to children. Leave at least six inches (15 cm) between the Humidifier and walls or furniture to prevent any damage.

Do not place Humidifier where it or its cord presents a tripping or stumbling hazard, or where air vents are blocked.

DO NOT USE HUMIDIFIER WITHOUT AIR FILTER COVER WITH FILTER IN PLACE!

IMPORTANT: Your TrueAir Humidifier is designed for easy use and maintenance. Make sure the Filter is properly installed before filling the Reservoir and operating the Humidifier.

NOTES:

  • Do not stand, sit, or place any objects on Humidifier. It is not designed to support additional weight.
  • Do not block the Variable Mist Outlet Cover. This will cause poor performance and may cause moisture damage and mildew buildup.
  • Do not use in a small, enclosed space, or in an area with a humidity level above 50%. Excessive humidity could result.
  • Unplug Humidifier and empty Water Reservoir if Humidifier is to be moved, or will not be used for several days.
