• Check often to ensure that the baby is not too hot, straps are snug but not to tight and the baby is secure.

1. Unbuckle both shoulder strap buckles and loosen straps.  Next, fasten the back strap buckle and then slide your head through the top portion.  Adjust the back strap connectors so the shoulder straps are in the middle of each shoulder.  

   

2. Fasten each shoulder strap with the correct buckle.  Check to make sure both buckles are connected  and shoulder straps are not twisted.  Then tighten the shoulder straps to fit snugly. We recommend you sit down when you place the child in the baby carrier.  
3. Sitting down, release the head support buckles.  Carefully place your baby facing towards you into the carrier through the opening.  Make sure the child’s legs are securely in the leg openings of the carrier and the arms are through the  arm openings.  Adjust the baby adjustment buckles until the leg openings are adjusted to the smallest size possible.   Check to make sure baby is comfort-able and not to tight or too loose.
4. While supporting the child’s weight with one hand fasten the head support buckles.
5. Baby should not lean back, adjust the shoulder straps so the baby is snug against your chest. Before releasing your child, ensure all buckles are securely fastened. 

Front Facing Carry Facing Out

1. Follow Step 1 & 2 of  “Front Facing Carry Facing In”
2. Sitting down, release the head support buckles.  Carefully place your baby facing outward from you into the carrier through the opening.  Make sure the child’s legs are securely in the leg openings of the carrier and the arms are through the  arm openings.  Adjust the baby adjustment buckles until the leg openings are adjusted to the smallest size possible.   Check to make sure baby is comfort-able and not to tight or too loose.
3. While supporting the child’s weight with one hand fasten the head support buckles.  
4. Baby should not lean forward, adjust shoulder straps so baby’s back is snugly against your chest.  Before releasing your child, ensure all buckles are securely fastened.  

Back Carry

WARNING: Baby must be facing in until they are able to support the head and shoulders.  Approximately greater than 4 months.
Note:  Hip Carrying for 15 lbs to 26.4 lbs
We recommend you have a partner assit when placing the toddler in the carrier on your back.

1. Follow Step 1 & 2 of  “Front Facing Carry Facing In”
2. Release the head support buckles.  Have your partner carefully place your baby facing toward you into the carrier through the opening.  Make sure the child’s legs are securely in the leg openings of the carrier and the arms are through the  arm openings.  Adjust the baby adjustment buckles until the leg openings are adjusted to the smallest size possible.   Check to make sure baby is comfortable and not to tight or too loose.

3. While your partner continues to support the child’s weight, have them fasten one of the head support buckles and then the other head support buckle.  

   

4. Baby should not lean backward, adjust shoulder straps so toddler’s chest is snugly against your back.  Before your partner releases the child, ensure all buckles are securely fastened.
