Introduction
With the Lifepro InfraDome Far Infrared Sauna, you can experience the myriad therapeutic benefits of far infrared saunas from the comfort of your own home—no need for expensive trips to the sauna or spa.
Far infrared raises your internal body temperature, resulting in a deep, detoxifying sweat and allowing your body to expel toxins like heavy metals. It also increases the heart rate and blood flow, mimicking a workout and providing some of the same beneficial effects, including increased metabolism and fat loss. It’s a great way to supplement your workout routine. New scientific studies show that infrared therapy also boosts the immune system and lowers the risks of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, and stroke.
The nontoxic, sweat-resistant mat is heated by zero-EMF carbon fiber wires. Semi-precious gemstones, tourmaline and germanium, luxuriously line the velvet-clad, sturdy wooden dome. When heated, the tourmaline and germanium stones release 5–14 µm far infrared waves which penetrate up to an inch and a half into muscle and fat, warming your body from the inside out. There is no hot air, so it’s less intense than a sauna and safer for sensitive skin. The InfraDome is perfect for anyone who wants to improve their cardiovascular health, reduce pain from chronic conditions such as arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, improve skin health, lose inches around the waist, and reduce stress. Just a few treatment sessions a week can help you achieve improved wellness.
The InfraDome also has 24 red light LEDs in the dome and 12 in the mat. 660nm red light is absorbed by the skin at a high rate, making it especially effective for improving blood circulation and stimulating collagen and elastin production, which reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Red light therapy also tightens pores and smooths skin tone. The negative ion balls in the mat combine with the 660nm red light LEDs to improve mood and cognitive performance.
The InfraDome offers customizable treatment options for your wellness recovery. The temperature is adjustable from 86–194 °F and you may set a treatment time from 1–60 minutes. Use the InfraDome 3 or 4 times a week for 30–45 minutes, and see results in as little as one week. Enjoy detoxification, performance recovery, and pain relief anytime, anywhere!

RHYTHM VIBRATION PLATFORM
Rhythm Vibration Platform works by creating rapid vibrations throughout the body, especially on the muscles specifically targeted. These vibrations cause the muscles to stretch, flex, and relax at a rapid rate. This results in increased muscle and bone growth, improved flexibility, and boosted metabolism—all of which increase the number of calories you burn.
The Rhythm can be used by people from every fitness level. If you have suffered an injury or you experience joint or back pain, find relief and help prevent future injuries by adding the Rhythm to your rehab routine.

- If you prefer to wear clothes, wear clean, comfortable, loose-fitting cotton clothing that you don't mind getting sweaty.

WARNINGS
- The stones in the mat and dome can get extremely hot; avoid direct skin contact. Always make sure to cover the mat with a towel to protect your skin.
- Do NOT wear metal or magnetic jewelry or accessories while using.
- Do NOT place the InfraDome on latex, plastic, memory foam, leather, water beds, waterproof sheets, adjustable bed frames, bunk beds, in a child's bed or crib, or on synthetic or flammable materials.

USING THE INFRADOME
- Drape a towel over your back and shoulders and/or wrap one around your head to keep in your body heat, if desired.
- Climb into the InfraDome. Your head will stick out of the top of the sauna, through the flap in the curtain.

- If you experience any of the following symptoms: confusion, loss of consciousness, vomiting, dizziness, headache, nausea, fainting, muscle cramping, elevated heart rate, or rapid breathing, get out of the sauna immediately and seek medical attention.

- Place the upper (large) dome over the lower dome.

BENEFITS BY TEMPERATURE RANGE

- 95 – 113 °F: Soothes the body. Relaxes the muscles.
- 131 – 149 °F: Promotes fat loss. Boosts detoxification.
NOTE: People who are sensitive to heat may need to use the lowest temperature, 86 °F. NOTE: People with heat resistance may need to use temperatures as high as 167–176 °F.
