Unsuccessful pairing

1. LED may still be flashing red and blue, search on your device again for new device.

3. SB221 will automatically exit pairing mode within 5 minutes of idle time or inactivity and shut down in another 5 minutes.

• Mute/Unmute the microphone during a call: Press & hold - button for 3 seconds.
• Transfer calls between SB221 and the mobile phone: Press & hold + button for 2 seconds.

CHARGING THE BATTERY

1. SB221 uses a rechargeable battery. A normal charging process takes about 2-3 hours. The red LED will turn off when charging is completed.
2. When the battery is nearly used up, the red LED will flash twice every 15 seconds and there will also be a sound alert from the headset. Please re-charge the headset.
3. Please make sure the battery has been fully charged your first 3 uses to ensure the battery's best performance. 
4. Always use correct AC Power Adapter to charge the cause damage and void the warranty Upon completic Jpon completion of charging, please unplug the charging cable from SB221. 
5. Do not put and leave the headset in charging mode after it's fully charged. This will shorten the lifetime of the battery.
