- Step 1. Have someone hold the front wheel upright on the floor (fig.1).
- Step 2. Pick up your eBike, line up the fork with the axle at the center of the wheel, and fit the two together. (fig.1).
- Step 3. On one side of the wheel, slide 1x black spacer on the axle,,e then add 1x nut and tighten slightly (fig.2). Repeat on the other side of the axle with the other black spacer and nut. Use the included wrench to fully tighten each nut.
An extra spacer may have been included with your bike. If the front brake is difficult to adjust and/or use, add this spacer between the front fork and wheel on the left side (left side when seated on the bike). If this part was not included with your bike or you otherwise need a replacement, please contact customer service.

Adjusting Seat Height
For better pedaling, safety, and overall comfort, positioning the seat at the right height is key. The rider’s leg length is used to determine the seat’s position. During pedaling, your hips should remain level while your legs shouldn’t suffer strain from overextension. To determine the right seat height, sit on the eBike with one pedal at its lowest point and place the ball of your foot on the pedal. If your knee bends slightly at this position, the seat is at the right height. Additionally, when placing your heel on the pedal, your leg should be nearly straight.
- First, open the clamp under the seat post. Pull the seat up or push it down to adjust height. Check to make sure the seat post is fully inserted into the frame and the head of the seat is parallel with the frame. Lastly, close the clamp to secure the seat in place (fig. 3).
Attaching the Pedals
- Before installing the pedals, please check each for a small letter to indicate which side of the bike the pedal should be attached to. L is for the left side w,, while R is for the right side (fig.4).
- With the kickstand holding your eBike upright, screw the pedals onto the crank arms (fig.5) and tighten them with the included wrench.

The instructions below will ensure you have a comfortable and safe riding experience. Please read carefully. Remember to use the keys to turn the battery into the ON position if you plan to use the throttle and/or battery power. For regular pedaling without power and/or after you are done riding, use the keys to turn the battery OFF.
