MOUNTING

- LOCATE AN AREA IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT THAT IS DRY AND SAFE FROM EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT.
- The Fun Horn's open red trumpet is to be mounted facing downward. This will help prevent water and dirt from entering into the horn.
- Drill a 1/4 inch hole at the selected mounting location. Mount using bolt and nut provided.
WIRING
Electrical Connections for a New Horn Button Switch: Fig. #2
- Connect the horns (+) terminal to12-volts positive such as, battery, alternator or accessories. Use 16-gauge or heavier wire. IMPORTANT: Always make sure that there is a 15-amp fuse used in the horn circuit to protect the vehicle, (not included).
- Connect the horns (-) terminal to the horn switch, (not included).
- Connect the horns switch’s other terminal to ground, any metal body surface that is clean of paint and rust.
- Provided in the kit is wire leads with 1/4” push-on insulated terminals, for easy connection to the FUN HORN. Installation is complete.

Two-(2) wire systems:
- For vehicles where the factory horn wires connect to two-(2) terminals, simply transfer the wires to the FUN HORN’S terminals.
- If the wire terminals that were connected to your vehicle’s factory horn Fig 3 wires don’t connect to your new Wolo FUN HORN, wire leads with ¼” push-on insulated terminals are provided in the kit. The installation is complete and the horn is ready to be used.
IMPORTANT: Always make sure that a 15-amp fuse is used in the horn circuit to protect the vehicle. When testing the horns, if the sound doesn’t correct, reverse the wires connected to the terminals of the FUN HORN.

One (1) wire systems:
- For vehicles where the factory horn wire connects to one-(1) terminal, simply transfer the wire to the FUN HORN’S positive (+) terminal.
- The FUN HORN’S negative terminal is connected to ground, any metal body bolt. A ground connection should be free of rust and paint.
- If the wire terminal that was connected to your vehicle’s factory horn wire doesn’t connect to your new Wolo FUN HORN, wire leads with Fig 4 1/4” push-on insulated terminals is provided in the kit. The installation is complete and the horn is ready to be used.
