Description
The dreo Evaporative Air Cooler DR-HEC001 is designed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind. Its modern design fits seamlessly into any decor, while its compact size ensures it doesn’t take up too much space. The cooler operates by drawing in hot air, which then passes through a wet cooling pad where the water evaporates, cooling the air down before it is blown back out into the room. This process not only cools but also humidifies the air, making it particularly beneficial in dry environments.
The DR-HEC001 features a large water tank that can hold up to 6.6 gallons of water, ensuring continuous operation without frequent refills. The control panel is intuitive and includes multiple speed settings, an LED display, and additional functions like an ionizer and humidifier to enhance air quality.
Getting the Most out of Your Air Cooler
Not an air conditioner
This air cooler cools the air through the evaporation of water. When the hot air passes through the cooling pad, the flowing water extracts the heat and starts to evaporate into fresh and cool air, released by the fan wheel in front.
- Add ice in a moderate amount into the water tank for better cooling.
- Remove any tall obstacles that might block the airflow from the cooler.
- Combine with your AC unit to get cooler air throughout the room.
- Use as a tower fan with the humidify function switched off.
