Assembly of Fisher-Price Comfort Curve Bouncer CFB88

1. "Snap" the rear cross brace onto the bases, as shown.

   

   
   Hint: The cross brace is designed to fit onto each base one way. If it does not seem to fit, try the other base. 

2. "Snap" the base assembly into the front cross brace.

   

3. Slide the footrest into the front cross brace, as shown.

   

   
   Hint: The power switch on the footrest should fit into the lower hole on the front cross brace.

4. Insert four screws into holes in the front cross brace and footrest. Tighten the screws.

   

5. Make sure the socket in each retainer is upright.
   Fit the seat back tube onto the base, as shown.
   Hint: The seat back tube is designed to fit one way. If it does not seem to fit, turn it around and try again. 

6. Insert a screw in each hole in the seat back tube. Tighten each screw. Pull the seat back tube up to be sure it is secure.

   

7. Position the pad above the frame.
   Fit the upper pocket on the back of the pad onto the seat back tube.

   

8. Fit each retainer through each side opening in the pad.

   

9. Insert and "snap" the pegs on the pad into the holes in the footrest.

   

10. Fasten the buckle on the rear cross brace to the buckle on the back of the seat pad.

11. Insert and “snap” the toy bar plugs into each retainer socket. The toy bar is designed to fit one way. If it does not seem to fit, turn it around and try again.

    

Hint: The toy bar is removable. Press the ends of the latches and lift the toy bar.

1. Unbox the Fisher-Price Comfort Curve Bouncer and remove all packaging materials.
2. Attach the toy bar by inserting the ends into the designated slots on both sides of the bouncer's frame.

1. The pad is machine washable. Wash it separately in cold water on the gentle cycle. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry separately on low heat and remove promptly.
2. The frame, toy bar and toys may be wiped clean using a mild cleaning solution and damp cloth. Do not immerse the toy bar. Do not use bleach. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners. Rinse clean with water to remove residue.

To remove the pad

• Lift to remove the pad pegs from the footrest.
• Lift to remove the pad.
• To replace the pad, refer to Assembly steps 7 - 10.

Securing Your Infant

• Place your child in the seat. Position the restraint pad between your child’s legs.

• Fasten the restraint belts to the restraint pad.
  Make sure you hear a “click” on both sides.

• Check to be sure the restraint system is securely attached by pulling it away from your child. The restraint system should remain attached.

• Tighten each waist belt so that the restraint system is snug against your child. Please refer to the next section for instructions to tighten the waist belts.

Feed the anchored end of the restraint belt up through the buckle to form a loop ( A ) . Pull the free end of the restraint belt ( B )
To loosen the restraint belts
Feed the free end of the restraint belt up through the buckle to form a loop ( A ). Enlarge the loop by pulling on the end of the loop toward the buckle. Pull the anchored end of the restraint belt to shorten the free end of the restraint belt ( B ).

Soothing Unit

• Make sure your child is properly secured in the seat.
• Slide the power switch to: Vibrations or Off.

IMPORTANT! Low battery power causes this product to operate erratically: no vibrations and the product may not turn off. Remove and discard the battery and replace with a new D (LR20) alkaline battery.
