  8. Do not place any sharp object around the equipment.
  9. Disabled person should not use the equipment without a qualified trainer or physician in attendance.
  10. Before using the equipment to exercise, always do stretching exercises to properly warm up.

Assembly Instructions

Tools Required Assembling the Machine
One Adjustable Wrench and Allen Wrench NOTE:  It is strongly recommended this machine be assembled by two or more people to avoid possible injury. 

  1. Connect one Horizontal Rack (#2) to the two Uprights (#1). Secure each end with two M8 x 5/8” Allen Bolts (#3), four ∅ 5/8” Washers (#4), and two M8 Aircraft Nuts (#5). Do NOT tighten all the Nuts and Bolts yet. 
  2. Repeat the above procedure A to install the other Horizontal Rack. 
  3. Securely tighten all Nuts and Bolts.
