USING KENT HAND BLENDER

• Remove any sticker or blade cover that might prevent the unit from operating properly
• Check the unit for damages. Do not use in case of any damage
• Before switching on the appliance, make sure that your home's mains voltage corresponds to the unit's operating voltage

How to Operate

1. Fit the blender shah to the power handle. Turn and Lock
2. Plug in to the power socket
3. Place the food into the beaker or a similar container. Hold the beaker steady, select the required speed then press the on/off switch. (Select a low speed for slower blending and to reduce splashing; select a high speed or press turbo button for faster blending!. You can also blend food directly in a cooking pot o r a saucepan as you like
4. To avoid splashing, place the hand blender in the food before switching on
5. Do not let liquid get above the joint between the power handle and blender shaft
6. If your blender gets blocked, unplug before cleaning
7. After use, release the detachable shaft and clean before storing

TIP

1. With heavy mixtures, don't use your hand blender for longer than 30 seconds. A duration of 4 continuous minutes or more might cause overheating.
2. Care must be taken when handling the detachable shaft during cleaning, as it has sharp blades
3. Only use your hand blender for its intended domestic use

Setup Guide

To operate the Kent Hand Blender 16044, follow these steps:

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning it
• Wipe the main unit with a moist cloth and a non-abrasive liquid cleaner
• Do not immerse the power handle in water or any other liquid
• Never put any part of the appliance in the dishwasher
• After cleaning the power handle, dry it using a soft cloth
• Ensure that the appliance is completely dry, before storing it

Note: Never immerse the motor unit (power handle) of the blender in water, nor rinse it under the tap. Simply wipe it with a dry cloth.

• Do not disassemble, repair or alter the machine on your own. It may cause appliance failure or breakdown
• The input voltage must not exceed the rating; it might damage the appliance
• Unplug before cleaning or moving the appliance
