INSTALLATION 

WARNING—To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock,, and injury to persons, observe the following:

• No part of this product (the appliance, power cord, plug, packaging, etc.) should be placed near furnaces, fireplaces, stoves, or other high-temperature heat sources. Do not use in a window, on an uneven or unstable surface, or near water.
• The appliance, power supply, power cord,, and plug cannot come into contact with water. Do not use this product on wet surfaces. Do not use this product in a bathtub or shower, or position the product where it may fall into a bathtub, laundry, swimming pool,, or other water container. Do not use this product outdoors or expose it to weather or elements.
• Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover the cord with rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Do not route under furniture or appliances. Arrange the cord away from the traffic area and where it will not be tripped over. The cord should not hang over the edges of counters or be placed where it can be crimped or closed in doors. Place the appliance near an easily accessible outlet so the product can be unplugged quickly during an emergency.

HOW TO USE

Before use, check the humidifier for leaks and visible damage that may have occurred during shipping. DO NOT USE if there is evidence of damage.

FILLING WATER TANK

1. Unplug the humidifier and place it on a level surface. 
   Note: Spills can occur during cleaning, moving, or refilling the water tank, so be careful to avoid spills.
2. Remove the water tank by grasping on water tank and pulling it towards you.
3. Turn the water tank upside down and remove the cap (turn the cap counterclockwise to open).
4. Fill wttheatwaterrk with cool tap water. 
   TIP: If you have hard water or water with excessive minerals, we recommend using distilled water to help reduce white dust and mineral buildup.
5. If desired, add essential oils directly into the water inside the water tank. Follow the essential oils usage instructions. Clean the water tank and mist nozzle periodically, even if using the same oil repeatedly. If using different blends or fragrances, clean between each use.
6. Replace water tank cap (turn clockwise to close).

• POWER BUTTON  - Cycles through HIGH or LOW mist volumes as indicated by LED lights and powers the humidifier ON/OFF. 
• TIMER BUTTON  - Cycles through timer options 2, 4,, or 6 Hours and timer OFF.
• NIGHTLIGHT BUTTON  - Cycles through nightlight feature ON/OFFrotatesste through 7 color options, or static single color option.
• HIGH MIST SETTING
  Operation for fast humidification of small-sized rooms (suggested room size s 250 sq. ft.). On HIGH operation, the water tank filled to 0.23 gal can run for approximately 7 hours.

• LOW MIST SETTING
  Operation for quiet, nighttime use. On Low operation, your humidifier may run without refilling for extended periods.

  TIP: Lower the mist setting or turn off the humidifier if moisture forms on walls or windows.

• LOW WATER INDICATOR & AUTO SHUTOFF
  When the humidifier detects a low water level, the water tank will flash red for 10 seconds to indicate the water tank needs to be refilled before automatically powering off. Refill the tank and power the humidifier back on to resume operation.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Turn the humidifier off, unplug it from the wall,, and disconnect the adapter from the base.
2. Remove the water tank and empty the tank and any remaining water in the base.
3. On occasion, the water tank may need to be gently wiped down or cleaned to remove buildup of impurities. Clean with a mild detergent and rinse with clean tap water.
4. Clean the base using a soft cloth or soft-tipped cotton swab and rinse with clean tap water. Do not submerge the base in water.
5. Locate the ultrasonic disk on the inside center of the base. Use a soft-tipped cotton swab to gently clean the disk. Do not scrub or scrape the ultrasonic disk. 
6. Wipe the outer surface of the unit with a soft, damp cloth if needed.

  of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If any such defect is discovered within the warranty period, Vornado, at its discretion, will repair or replace the Product at no cost.

Please have or include your Product’s model number and serial number, as well as your name, address, city, state, zip code,, and phone number when contacting Vornado for warranty service. 
• After receiving the RA form, ship your Product to: Vornado Air L,  LC, Attn: Warranty & Rep,,  air 415 East 13th Street,,treet Andover, KS 67002. For your convenience, please have your model number and serial number when contacting Vornado with service inquiries. 
• To assure proper handling, packages must be clearly marked with the RA number. Packages not clearly marked with the RA number may be refused at the receiving dock. Please allow 1-2 weeks for repair and return of your Product after the Product is received. 
• Repairs not covered by the warranty or outside the warranty period will require a fee to cover the cost of materials, labor, handling,andling and shipping. 
• This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from abuse of the Product, modification, alteration, mishandling, improper maintenance, commercial use,, or repair or service of the Product by anyone other than Vornado; damages which occur in shipment or are attributed to acts of God. Improper product use, which includes using an external device that alters or converts the voltage or frequency of electricity, or shipping a Vornado product to a country not intended for use,se will void all warranties. Any unauthorized product modification, repair by an unauthorized repair center, or use of non-approved replacement parts is not recommended, and any consequences will not be covered by support services or product warranties. 
• The product warranty will be honored only on models that are being used in the country intended.
