ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE
- Remove the packaging materials from the appliance.
- Assemble the appliance body (F) to the steam head (Fig. 2). The correct installation occurs with a "click" (Fig. 3).
- Assemble the telescopic rod (J) to the appliance body (Fig. 5). Open the adjustment hook (K) and extend the telescopic rod to the desired level (Fig. 4). The telescopic rod can be inserted into the appliance body (F) in one direction only. The correct installation occurs with a "click" (Fig. 5).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Totally unwind the power cord.
Remove the cap from the tank (C). Fill the water tank with 350 ml of fresh cool water (Fig. 6). Use the funnel (L) and the measuring cup (K) supplied: 350 ml correspond to a measuring cup and a half. Close the tank again.
Warning!
NEVER fill the tank beyond 350 ml. In the case of particularly calcareous waters (with hardness greater than 20°t), use a mixture composed of 50% of tap water and 50% of demineralised water.
Place the cloth under the steam head (Fig. 7). Set the cloth above the velcro couplings.

Make sure that the tank has been adequately filled to prevent dry operation. Before using the appliance, make sure that the objects, surfaces, and fabrics to be treated are resistant to or compatible with high-temperature treatment. In particular for brick floors, wood surfaces, delicate fabrics such as leather, silk, or velvet, it is recommended to consult the manufacturer's instructions and do a test on a hidden part or on a sample.

If the appliance is left standing on the floor during operation, you may notice the formationof a whitish halo. Do not be alarmed because you can remove it with a normal descalingproduct or with a few drops of vinegar. Insert the plug into the socket, which must be earthed. Turn the steam control knob (E). The indicator lamp (D) will turn on, indicating that the appliance is on and that the internal boiler is starting to heat up. After a few seconds,, steam will start to come out from the steam head. Turn the steam control knob (E) from a minimum to a maximum depending on the amount of steam required (Fig. 8).

Be sure to have firstremove the dust from the floor. Use the appliance on the floor. For the most delicate floors such as parquet, wood,, or laminate, it is advisable to adjust the steam flow to a lower level, while the surfaces that need depth cleaning,, such as marble, brick, tile ,, or stone, it is recommended to adjust the steam flow to a higher level.
The appliance produces steam continuously, until the water in the tank is not finished. A full tank corresponds to about 15-18 minutes of continuous steam. If the tank remains without water, you will notice a vibration and a louder noise.

Do not use the steam head without the cloth. The cloth can be purchased at an Authorised Service Centre. Use the appliance in well-lit rooms.

Danger of burns! Do not turn the steam head upside-down during the use to remove the cloth.
You can remove the cloth during use to rinse it. Turn the steam control knob (E) to OFF. Unplug it from the socket-outlet. Wait at least 5 minutes until the steam head and the cloth are well cooled.
Filling the boiler during use
No special operation is required when there is no more water in the tank. Unplug it from the socket- outlet. Fill the water tank with 350 ml of fresh cool water (Fig. 6). Use the funnel (L) and the measuring cup (K) supplied: 350 ml corresponds to a measuring cup and a half. Close the tank again.
After use
Turn the steam control knob (E) to OFF. Remove the power cable from the socket-outlet. Empty the water tank completely so as to prevent the water from stagnating, which may form a lime deposit (Fig. 16).

Wait at least 5 minutes until the steam head and the cloth are well cooled. Remove the cloth. Tilt the appliance forward to close the rod on the steam head. The correct insertion is done with a "click" (Fig. 17). Pull out and turn the cord storage hook (L) (Fig. 18). The hook (I) is fixed. Wind the power cable on the two hooks (Fig. 19). Leave the unit at rest, in vertical position.
Warning!
For the appliance to be stable in a vertical position,, it is necessary to lock the rod on the steam head (Fig. 17).
Put the appliance in a dry place and away from the reach of children.


USING THE ACCESSORIES
Accessory for cleaning carpets
This accessory is especially useful for cleaning carpets and similar soft surfaces. Do not use on hard surfaces.
Make sure that the cloth is positioned under the steam head. Place the accessory with the flat part in contact with the floor. Thread the steam head in the accessor byapplying light pressure. To remove the tool, simply push it with your foot.
