Faqs

How do I set up my aukey Wireless Earbuds for the first time?

To set up your aukey Wireless Earbuds initially, open the charging case to turn them on, then activate Bluetooth on your device. Select "AUKEY" from the list of available devices to pair. If they don’t connect, reset the earbuds by pressing and holding the touch panel on the right earbud for 10 seconds until the LED blinks, then try pairing again. This ensures a smooth first-time connection.

What should I do if my aukey Wireless Earbuds won’t connect to my smartphone?

If your aukey Wireless Earbuds aren’t connecting, make sure both earbuds and your phone are in pairing mode. Restart Bluetooth on your phone and restart the earbuds by placing them in the charging case and taking them out. If that fails, clear the pairing list by holding the touch panel on the right earbud for 10 seconds to reset, then pair again. Also ensure your phone supports the A2DP Bluetooth profile for audio transmission.

Why is there no sound coming from my aukey Wireless Earbuds even though they are connected?

If your aukey Wireless Earbuds connect but produce no sound, verify that the volume is up on both the earbuds and your device. Confirm the earbuds are selected as the audio output device on your phone or media player. Also, try reconnecting the earbuds by placing them back in the charging case and removing them again to restore audio output.

Can I use aukey Wireless Earbuds with any Bluetooth-enabled device?

Yes, aukey Wireless Earbuds are compatible with most Bluetooth-enabled devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops. However, for optimal performance, ensure your device supports the A2DP Bluetooth profile, which is necessary for stereo audio streaming. Compatibility with older or very basic Bluetooth devices may be limited.

How can I improve the call quality on my aukey Wireless Earbuds?

To enhance call quality on aukey Wireless Earbuds, keep the earbuds within 4 to 8 meters of your device to maintain a strong wireless signal. Reduce background noise and avoid obstacles like walls that interfere with Bluetooth signals. Additionally, adjusting the volume on both earbuds and your smartphone can help improve voice clarity for calls.

What is the maximum wireless range of aukey Wireless Earbuds and how does environment affect it?

The maximum wireless range of aukey Wireless Earbuds is about 10 meters (33 feet). However, environmental factors such as walls, metal objects, and electronic interference can reduce this range. For best performance, keep your device within 4 to 8 meters and minimize obstacles between earbuds and the source device.

How do I reset my aukey Wireless Earbuds if they are malfunctioning?

To reset aukey Wireless Earbuds, remove the right earbud from the charging case and press and hold the touch-sensitive panel for 10 seconds until the LED flashes red five times. This clears the Bluetooth pairing list and restores factory settings, resolving many connection and performance issues.

What maintenance should I perform to keep my aukey Wireless Earbuds working properly?

Maintain your aukey Wireless Earbuds by regularly cleaning the ear tips and charging contacts using a dry, soft cloth to prevent dirt buildup. Store them in the charging case when not in use to protect and charge them. Avoid exposure to moisture and extreme temperatures to prolong battery life and ensure consistent performance.
