19. Hold the plug when rewinding onto the cord reel. Do not allow the plug to whip when rewinding.
20. Do not operate the vacuum cleaner without the exhaust filter or the exhaust filter cover in place.
21. You are responsible for making sure that your vacuum cleaner is not used by anyone unable to operate it properly.
